| guess what?? well, it's not anything new really....but i just realized that i haven't told anyone or posted anything on this before...but as it turns out, my theatre tech teacher (degelia) was actually a producer for many movies and shows and has even acted in some movies...like the story lady--it's a christmas movie that airs out every year on abc family ...i haven't watched it yet, but i want to now...well, i thought that that was really neat...he told us that he even got to work with bruce willis and other actors and even received like 2 golden globes and an emmy and was even nominated for an academy or something like that....and guess what was really cool??--he even has a profile on IMDB....but his profile is really short...it didn't mention a lot of his works....but, anyhow, i thought that that was really cool and interesting to share.... |

| haha...during lunch, megan started talking about her love life....not the one with roger, but the one she has unexpectedly...it was like whooooooaa...haha....everyone at the table was getting into it and it was just too hilarious......even megan laughed and started choking on her sandwich--when she had milk in her mouth..so yea....you can kinda picture her spitting up milk all over the table and then later she was drooling with food particles coming out with it, so it wasn't a very pleasant sight to see......and then she started talking about how she thought he was only joking when he asked her out, so she said yes without knowing that he was only joking and waiting hopefully for the phrase 'i was only kidding'--but that obviously did not happen....so now she technically has a boyfriend--and it's not roger--=D--haha.... |

| Happy New Year EVERYONE!! it's weird to think that it's already 2006...i was so used to it being 2005..so now i can almost guarantee you that i'm gonna put 2005 on all my headings....then i got to erase it...then put 2006....bleh....i go through that process like EVERY year....i hate it.....but isn't it scary that we will graduate high school in only 3 more years?! i mean, we just started hs and it seems like it's about to end already...but maybe it's just me....
--[my new year story]...yesterday we spent the new year with my dad's friends at their house....didn't really know anyone, but this year we got to play with some fireworks so that was cool and we had the most interesting experience with it but some were a bit disappointing because they were really cheap ones...even the sparklers were faulty and wouldn't light up...after the ball dropped we went to the backyard and lit some fireworks. at first i thought that the grass was going to catch on fire, but it didn't so that was a relief....until....we got to one of those big fireworks that actually explode in the sky with diff't colors. at first, it seemed alright..it shot up and everything worked fine, but then something happened and the thing was like shooting out sideways at us...and i have to admit, that was a bit scary...it was like crazy, lighted missles coming exploding everywhere right beside you..one whizzed right past me but the others were mainly shot towards the house and the group of kids and everyone was ducking for cover....one hit my brother on his pants and left a burnt mark...but nothing caught on fire so that was good...so after that experience we went to the frontyard where this time there was actually room to run if it happened again....so we kept lighting up fireworks, but after that whole ordeal before we were all a bit jumpy even at times when nothing happened....most of the time it just shot out as little sparks or it made a big sound but nothing happened..and we concluded that all we were really doing was polluting the air..we came to one that just made a loud whistling sound...but this guy thought it was pointless to light up another one because nothing happened so he just made the sound for us...it sounded a lot better than the firework itself..haha...you guys should've been there....we made a lot of jokes about this..i would post it on here, but it wouldn't have the same effect....anyways...we continued until our 'grand finale'....it was another one of those that actually shot out and exploded into the sky..it was working perfectly....until.....it shot out at us once again...everyone ran for cover behind the parked cars....one exploded right in front of me and one shot out toward this one house and exploded right beside it.....we decided not to light up anymore after that.....but two minutes later, the owner of that house came out and started yelling at us to get out and to stop making such loud noises...i mean, what did he expect??..it was new year's day--of course there was going to be fireworks and they aren't silent either...and last time i checked it was a free country and we weren't breaking any law...and if he just would've came out w/o yelling and told us nicely we would have still respected that and do what he told us to do...but no, the way he yelled at us kinda ruined the moment of our 'happy' new year.... |
